Precipitation
The savanna has an annual precipitation of about 10 to 30 inches or 100 to 150 centimeters of rain. But it is split into a dry season and a wet season.
The wet season is usually from May to November and the plants are usually full of life because of the rain. It is also hotter during the wet season because the air is more humid.
The dry season is usually from October to March or April to September. During the dry season the plants aren't quite as lush as they are in the wet season because of the lack of water. However all organisms that inhabit the savanna adapt to the changes. During the dry season it is often a couple degrees cooler.
Temperature
The average annual temperature is about 78°F or 25°C. Otherwise, the temperature is usually warm in the savanna from 68°F to 86°F and when the temperature does change it doesn't change dramatically it will gradually drop of rise.
